Job Summary:
The1Group is seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to provide administrative, operational, and communication support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage emails, calendars, and scheduling of appointments
Handle data entry, document preparation, and file organization

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Zoom
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote workspace
