Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in a fast-paced, fully remote environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently. You will act as a strategic partner to executives, ensuring smooth daily operations and efficient workflow.
Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $30 – $45 per hour
Flexible schedule (full-time or part-time options depending on business needs)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Executive Support
Manage complex calendars, appointments, and scheduling across time zones
Coordinate and prepare for meetings (agendas, notes, follow-ups)
Screen and manage emails, calls, and correspondence
Draft and edit professional communications
2. Administrative Management
Organize files, documents, and digital systems
Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets
Handle expense tracking, invoicing, and light bookkeeping
Conduct online research and data entry
3. Communication & Coordination
Serve as liaison between executives, clients, and team members
Ensure timely communication and follow-ups
Coordinate internal and external stakeholders
4. Travel & Event Planning
Book travel (flights, hotels, itineraries)
Plan virtual meetings, events, and conferences
5. Project & Task Management
Track deadlines and project progress
Manage multiple priorities and ensure timely completion
Assist with special projects and business initiatives
Required Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management and organizational abilities
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Proficiency in:
Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Communication tools (Slack, Zoom)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting executives or leadership teams
Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com)
Experience with CRM systems or basic accounting tools
Prior remote work experience
