To qualify for the position, candidates must have a sincere passion for fitness. Our perfect candidates are RDs who desire having a diverse and ongoing role in their clients lives. Experience as a fitness professional is not required.

This entry level position includes five weeks training in our Personal Fitness Training Instructor program and unlimited growth opportunities. Starting salary for this role is $50,000-$60,000.

This position includes:

NO SELLING. One on One provides new team members with fitness and nutrition clientele upon completion of our Personal Fitness Training Instructor Program.

INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP NUTRITION COUNSELING. Dietitian/Fitness Hybrids are expected to conduct nutrition counseling and education sessions in both personal and group settings.

PERSONAL FITNESS TRAINING. One on One will provide fitness clients upon completion of One on Ones Personal Fitness Trainer Instructor Program.Opportunities for growth into a leadership position are available within year one for exceptional candidates.
