Job Summary:
We are looking for a dependable and service-oriented Customer Service Representative to work remotely. In this role, you will assist customers with inquiries, resolve concerns efficiently, and ensure a smooth and positive support experience while working independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat in a prompt manner
Address and resolve issues, complaints, and service requests professionally
Share clear and accurate information about products, services, and policies
Record customer interactions and maintain organized documentation
Redirect complex concerns to the appropriate team when needed
Check in with customers to confirm successful resolution
Uphold high standards of customer satisfaction
Work closely with team members using online communication tools
Required Skills & Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (college education is a plus)
Prior experience in customer support, call center, or similar roles
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Effective problem-solving and conflict-handling skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Zendesk or related platforms
Ability to stay productive while working remotely
Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
Stable internet connection and a quiet work environment
Compensation:
$30 – $40 per hour, depending on experience and skills
