Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support daily business operations in a fully remote environment. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, manage communications, and ensure smooth workflow while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage emails, calendars, and scheduling appointments
Handle data entry, file organization, and document management
Respond to inquiries and assist with customer support tasks
Conduct online research and compile reports
Assist with social media management and content scheduling
Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting notes
Perform general administrative tasks as assigned
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Required Skills & Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
Proven experience as a virtual assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Docs, and Microsoft Outlook
Familiarity with online tools and project management platforms
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Reliable internet connection and home office setup

Compensation:
$30 – $40 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
