Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Specialist to accurately input, update, and manage data across our digital systems. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent typing skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and systems
Review and verify data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information
Perform regular data audits and corrections
Organize and manage digital files and records
Generate reports and assist with basic data analysis tasks
Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
Communicate with team members to resolve data discrepancies
Required Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or similar role
Typing speed of 40–60+ WPM with high accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data entry systems
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting
Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with CRM or ERP systems
Familiarity with data validation and data cleaning processes
