We are expanding our international operations and looking for high-performing Conversion & Retention Agents to join our growing team in Montenegro.

This is a performance-driven environment where results matter. You will be responsible for converting leads, retaining clients, and maximizing customer lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities

Convert inbound and outbound leads into active clients

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Retain, upsell, and maximize client value

Meet and exceed daily / weekly / monthly KPIs

Work closely with sales and marketing teams

Requirements

Fluency in one or more of the following:

English Spanish Portuguese Croatian

Proven experience in conversion and/or retention roles

Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills

Target-driven mindset with a hunger to perform

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Important

Candidates must be based in Europe or able to relocate immediately.

This requirement is due to onboarding speed and operational needs.
