What You'll Do:
Modern Collaboration Services
Focus: Email, collaboration tools, Microsoft 365 services.
Manage Exchange and Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms, including mailbox provisioning, licensing, and workspace governance.
Participate in the design, configuration, and deployment of collaboration enhancements and new features.
Coordinate with agencies on migrations and maintain integration between on premises and cloud collaboration environments.
Use automation (e.g., PowerShell) to streamline collaboration operations.
Identity & Authentication Services
Focus: Directory services, authentication platforms, and identity lifecycle.
Manage Active Directory, ADFS, LDAP, AADConnect, MIM and Entra workflows, service accounts, and directory trusts.
Perform identity migrations (OU structure, policies, permissions, groups) and support configuration changes and upgrades.
Maintain security, compliance, and configuration standards within change management processes.
Unified Endpoint Management
Focus: Device lifecycle, configuration, security baseline enforcement.
Manage unified endpoint configuration, policy deployment, OS upgrades, and security enhancements across supported devices.
Operate unified endpoint management tools for monitoring, patching, reporting, and software distribution.
Support onboarding, transitions, and documentation of endpoint standards and lifecycle processes.
Privacy & Security Services
Focus: Enterprise security controls, compliance, and data protection.
Implement and maintain security controls across identity, data, device, and cloud/on prem environments.
Manage MFA, conditional access, federation services, threat protection, DLP, encryption, and related security mechanisms.
Support privacy and security initiatives, including governance updates and compliance planning.
Minimum Qualifications:
60 mos. combined work experience in any combination of the following: evaluating effectiveness and risk of it processes, recommending changes in IT procedures to meet customer needs, and evaluating and/or researching hardware and/or software solutions and providing feedback to project team or higher-level staff including 12 mos. work experience in the primary technology specified by the agency in the position description & job posting.
-Or completion of associate core program in computer science or information systems; 42 mos. combined work experience in any combination of the following: evaluating effectiveness and risk of it processes, recommending changes in IT procedures to meet customer needs, and evaluating and/or researching hardware and/or software solutions and providing feedback to project team or higher-level staff including 12 mos. work experience in the primary technology specified by the agency in the position description & job posting.
-Or completion of undergraduate core program in computer science or information systems; 36 mos. combined work experience in any combination of the following: evaluating effectiveness and risk of it processes, recommending changes in IT procedures to meet customer needs, and evaluating and/or researching hardware and/or software solutions and providing feedback to project team or higher-level staff including 12 mos. work experience in the primary technology specified by the agency in the position description & job posting.
