Job Description The Automation Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and scaling enterprise automation solutions using RPA, AI, and agentic technologies.

This role partners with business stakeholders, IT teams, and automation developers to define automation strategy, architect scalable solutions, and ensure automation initiatives align with enterprise architecture and governance standards.

The Automation Architect acts as a technical leader and advisor, guiding organizations in adopting intelligent automation technologies such as robotic process automation (RPA), AI-powered document processing, agentic orchestration, and workflow automation.

What You'll Do: Automation Architecture & Solution Design: * Design end-to-end automation solutions using platforms such as UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform, AI/ML services, APIs, and enterprise integrations.

* Develop scalable and resilient automation solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.

* Define best practices for automation frameworks, reusable components, and governance models.

* Architect solutions involving RPA, Document Understanding, AI services, and agentic orchestration frameworks.

Technical Leadership and Communication: * Practical experience integrating AI capabilities into automation,solutions mentorship, and strong communication skills." * Provide architectural guidance to development teams and ensure adherence to automation standards.

* Lead technical design reviews and ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and performance requirements.

* Mentor developers and automation engineers on best practices and emerging technologies.

* Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to deliver confident, effective presentations to technical and non-technical audiences.

* Work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and operations to align automation solutions with business objectives.

* Present automation architecture, solution designs, and strategic recommendations to leadership teams.

* Act as a trusted advisor for enterprise automation initiatives.

Required Experience & Qualifications: * Practical/Hands on experience integrating AI capabilities into automation.

* 8+ years of experience developing enterprise solutions using Microsoft Power Platform/UiPath.

* 4+ years of hands-on Microsoft Power Platform/UiPath experience, including Automation Development, Framework, and Orchestration.

* Strong background in software development and systems management.

* Proven ability to think analytically, solve complex problems, and drive outcomes.

* Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and lead teams to successful outcomes.

* Experience with Azure Cognitive services, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs preferred.

What We're Looking For: Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field is required.

Experience: 8 years of relevant work experience is required.

An equivalent combination of education and related experience may be considered.
