Internship Overview

The Financial Technology Internship provides hands-on experience working with technology systems that support financial advisory operations. Interns will work alongside our technology and operations team to assist with automation initiatives, CRM optimization, data analysis, and system improvements.

This internship is designed for individuals interested in FinTech, software development, automation, IT systems, or data analytics within the financial services industry.

Interns will participate in:

Shadowing and observation

Mentorship and guided learning

Hands-on project work

Technology process improvement initiatives

Over the course of the internship, participants will gain exposure to modern financial technology platforms while developing practical problem-solving and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the technology and operations teams to support internal technology initiatives.

Assist with workflow automation, CRM system optimization, and internal technology improvements.

Support implementation and testing of AI-driven tools and automation systems.

Help analyze and organize operational and client data to improve internal processes.

Assist in evaluating and integrating cloud-based software and financial technology platforms.

Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through technology solutions.

Assist with troubleshooting systems and documenting technology processes.

Contribute to internal technology projects designed to enhance business operations.

Qualifications

We are looking for motivated and curious individuals who enjoy learning, solving problems, and working with technology.

Preferred qualifications include:

Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Finance Technology, or a related field

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment

Interest in FinTech, AI applications, automation, cloud systems, or cybersecurity

Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, SQL, Java, or similar technologies is a plus

Experience with databases, CRM systems, or analytics tools is beneficial but not required
