This Porter/Groundskeeper contract role supports a student housing community during peak move out and move in activity.

Ideal for someone dependable, physically capable, and ready to work hard on specific dates.

Position Overview You will assist with student turns by supporting trash outs, grounds cleanup, and furniture installation.

This role is very active and requires reliability on all scheduled workdays.
