Beck's Car Wash locations deliver that experience through fast service, strong teamwork, and consistent wash quality. The Assistant Car Wash Manager supports daily operations by working alongside the team, maintaining site standards, and assisting the Car Wash Manager in leading the location.

This position plays a key role in helping the team deliver great customer experience while keeping daily operations running efficiently.

What You Will Do:

Work alongside the team to run daily operations and deliver fast, friendly service

Lead by example to ensure vehicles are properly prepped and quality standards are met'

Help manage traffic flow and keep operations running smoothly, especially during busy times

Handle customer questions and resolve issues professionally

Support scheduling, shift coverage, and team accountability

Properly handle cash, including completing daily cash reconciliation

Help manage inventory and report equipment or maintenance needs

Maintain a clean, safe, and professional site

Take the lead when the Car Wash Manager is not onsite

What You Bring:

High school diploma or GED

Mechanically inclined, or willing to learn basic equipment troubleshooting

Leadership or supervisory experience preferred

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to lead by example and work alongside the team

Comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Availability to work opening and closing shifts, including primarily opening shifts on weekends

Ability to lift up to fifty pounds and work in various weather conditions
