Job Title: Primary Therapist (LPCC/LMFT) - Behavioral Health

Location: Redlands, CA

Job Type: Full-Time (In-Person)

Schedule:

Monday to Thursday: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Setting: Outpatient Primary Care Clinic

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Primary Therapist to join our behavioral health team in a structured PHP/IOP program (state-certified and Joint Commission accredited). This role focuses on delivering high-quality, evidence-based mental health care through individual therapy, treatment planning, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations (DSM-5 criteria)

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices

Provide individual therapy sessions tailored to client needs

Deliver crisis intervention and stabilization when required

Manage a caseload of up to 30 clients

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team for coordinated treatment

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and patient records

Participate in care coordination, case management, and patient education

Support clients in achieving emotional, behavioral, and functional goals

Qualifications & Experience:

Master's degree in one of the following fields:

Marriage and Family Therapy

Counseling / Clinical Mental Health Counseling

Psychology

Social Work (only if aligned with licensure requirements)

Active California licensure at time of hire:

LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor) OR

LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist)

Strong knowledge of Psychotherapy techniques, Crisis intervention and behavioral management, DSM-5 diagnostic criteria

Experience in PHP, IOP, outpatient, or clinical settings

Experience with treatment planning and whole-person care models

Minimum 2-3 years of experience is required
