Cenveo is hiring experienced Envelope Machine Adjusters to set up, tune, and maintain high speed envelope manufacturing equipment. This role requires strong mechanical skill, troubleshooting ability, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Pay & Schedule

Starting at $23/hr + shift premium (2nd & 3rd shifts)

2nd shift premium $1.25/hr / 3:25pm – 11:25pm (Mon – Fri)

3rd shift premium $1.50/hr / 11:20pm - 7:20am (Sun - Thurs)

Flexibility to train on any shift including 1st shift 7:15 am – 3:30pm (Mon – Fri)

Overtime may be required during busy season/based on business needs.

Shift availability is subject to change

Primary Duties

Set up, align, and adjust envelope machines

Perform changeovers, size adjustments, and mechanical repairs

Maintain machine speed, accuracy, and uptime

Inspect product quality and minimize waste

Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and part replacement

Install paper, glue systems, tooling, other requirements safely

Job Requirements

5+ years envelope machine adjusting experience

Advanced mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Knowledge of cutting, folding, gluing systems and envelope tolerances

Detail oriented, safety focused, and reliable

Consistent attendance and dependability are critical for this role

Physical Requirements

Standing, bending, climbing, lifting up to 55 lbs

Exposure to noise, machinery, inks, solvents, glue

Ability to work in hot/cold conditions and stay alert around equipment
