Order Fulfillment Specialist: Capron, Illinois

Our customer in Capron, Illinois, is looking for a hardworking, detail-oriented individual to join their team as an Order Fulfillment Specialist to work full-time on 1st shift. As an Order Fulfillment Specialist, you’ll support warehouse operations by handling shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring customer orders are processed efficiently and on time.

Responsibilities of the Order Fulfillment Specialist:

Examine shipment contents and compare them with records.

Requisition and store shipping materials and supplies to maintain inventory levels.

Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.

Fulfill customer orders based on specific requirements.

Verify and maintain accurate records for all incoming and outgoing shipments.

Order Fulfillment Specialist Requirements and Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED.

One to two years of experience in distribution, warehouse, supply chain, or a similar industry preferred.

Ability to operate a forklift and warehouse equipment, or willingness to cross-train.

Willingness to work overtime when needed and ability to work with computers.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

Pay for Order Fulfillment Specialist: $18.10/hour.
