Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Communications Support Specialist to assist with internal and external communications, administrative tasks, and digital content coordination. This is a fully remote position requiring strong written communication skills, organization, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in drafting and editing emails, newsletters, and internal communications
Respond to customer or client inquiries via email and chat
Maintain and update contact lists and communication databases
Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and virtual events
Support social media posting and basic content updates
Proofread documents and communication materials
Organize files, reports, and communication records
Assist with research and data entry tasks when needed
Requirements
Proven experience in administrative support, communications, customer service, or a related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Familiarity with Zoom, Slack, or similar communication tools
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Reliable internet connection and computer
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with social media management tools
Basic knowledge of email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.)
