Position: Senior Quality Engineer

experience - 3- 10yrs

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with industry standards such as ISO, API, or customer-specific requirements.

- Oversee inspection processes for raw materials, in-process, and finished goods.

- Analyze quality data, KPIs, and trends to identify improvement opportunities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Design, Maintenance, Procurement) to enhance product quality and process efficiency.

- Lead internal audits and coordinate external/customer audits.

- Handle critical customer complaints, implement resolutions, and drive customer satisfaction.

- Review and approve quality documentation including SOPs, control plans, and inspection reports.

- Ensure calibration and maintenance of inspection and testing equipment.

- Mentor and guide junior quality engineers and inspectors.
