This role is for someone who likes ownership, thrives in collaboration, and knows how to drive projects forward while building strong relationships along the way. If you enjoy solving complex problems, partnering closely with the field, and delivering high-quality projects—not just checking boxes—this could be a great fit. This is an opportunity to take real ownership of meaningful work while partnering with experienced teams who value quality, relationships, and results. What You’ll Do

Lead planning, budgeting, scheduling, purchasing, contract development, and pre-award meetings

Manage schedules, milestones, project controls, and cost forecasting

Oversee submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, material procurement, labor coordination, and change management

Review and approve subcontractor and supplier billings, change orders, and budgets

Partner closely with Superintendents to deliver projects on schedule and to quality standards

Coordinate with Accounting, Estimating, and internal teams to ensure alignment and execution

Build strong relationships with owners, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and suppliers

Lead job meetings and ensure clear, consistent project communication

Support design-build efforts when applicable

Mentor Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers

Represent the company in client meetings and project presentationsWhat You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience

7–10+ years in construction, including 5–6 years in a Project Manager role

Strong leadership, judgment, and communication skills

Proven ability to manage schedule, budget, and risk

Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and problem-solve

Comfortable working across field and office teams

Proficiency with construction software and project controls

If you’re a Project Manager who enjoys building strong teams, solving problems, and delivering high-quality projects from start to finish, we’d love to connect.
