Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
Resolve customer issues and escalate complex concerns when needed
Maintain clear and detailed records of customer interactions

Requirements:
Strong written communication skills
Basic computer and typing skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple chats
