Job Title: Back Office Representative
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Representative to support our daily administrative and operational functions. The ideal candidate will handle data management, documentation, and internal coordination to ensure smooth business operations without direct customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems
* Process and verify data entries with a high level of accuracy
* Handle documentation, reports, and internal correspondence
* Assist in preparing reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely task completion
* Monitor and track operational workflows and flag discrepancies
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
* Support administrative tasks such as scheduling, recordkeeping, and inventory tracking
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
* Proven experience in a back office, administrative, or data entry role
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) or similar tools
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
