Location: Dallas, TX Full-Time $50,000 – $70,000/year + bonuses

What You’ll Do

As a Entry Level Customer Service and Sales Representative, you’ll work directly with customers to promote SimpliSafe’s products and services while receiving hands-on training in sales and leadership.

Responsibilities include:

Serve as the face of the brand, delivering a positive and professional customer experience

Consult with customers to understand their home security needs and recommend tailored solutions

Manage and update sales activity records to track progress and results

Consistently achieve — and aim to surpass — individual and team sales targets

Contribute to a collaborative team environment by attending training sessions, sharing best practices, and staying up to date on product knowledge

Schedule:

Full time Position: Monday-Friday 12pm-8pm

Weekends available
