Data Visualization & Business Intelligence: Design, develop, and implement data visualization and BI applications to enable data-driven decisions for business leaders.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, create wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes, ensuring intuitive and effective user experiences.
Innovation & Problem Solving: Continuously explore new ways to transform complex data into compelling stories that drive decision-making.
Data Infrastructure Improvement: Identify and address data and design challenges within internal and external data sources and visualization tools.
Technology Exploration: Learn and adopt cutting-edge technologies and tools to keep Cushman & Wakefield ahead of industry trends.
Standards Development: Participate and contribute to strategies, standards, and best practices for data analysis and visualization.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with teams across Technology, Marketing, Operations, and other service lines to transition concepts and prototypes into production-ready solutions.
Skills and Requirements -
achelor's degree (BA/BS) required.
5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data visualization, or a similar role.
Experience in creating data visualizations that drive actionable insights.
Proficiency in Power BI, CRMA, Tableau, or similar tools such as Tableau, d3.js, or Mapbox
Knowledge of SQL and APIs.
Project management skills and the ability to harmonize various data sources.
