Robotics Controls Engineer

Incredible Direct Hire opportunity for an experienced Robotics Design Engineer with this global manufacturing innovator in Columbus!

The Robotics Design Engineer will focus on robotics controls design and development which would include designing and developing software programs, debugging and commissioning controls systems on-site and at customer locations, select, test and integrate hardware and software and similar.

This position could travel up to 50% both domestically and internationally.

Pay range will start in the $$100-$144k/yr range + paid OT, travel, shift differentials and strong benefits. One-site role in Columbus when not traveling. Relocation assistance may be available.

To be qualified for this role, the Controls Engineer will have:

-6+ yrs Controls Design Engineering experience

-Strong Robotics focus with KUKA a plus

-Total Engineering experience to include design, development, programming, testing and commissioning of industrial automation systems, custom machinery and/or industrial equipment is a plus
