Experience & Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Doctor with orthodontic treatment

Preparing teeth for bonding and debonding

Charting of patient information

Prepare and maintain orthodontic instruments, supplies and equipment

Take photos, x-rays, and impressions

Educate & instruct patients about oral health and appliance care

Assist with the placement/removal of orthodontic appliances

Motivate patients to take an active role in their treatment

Managing a fast-paced patient schedule

Helping manage sterilization department

Assist with efficient clinic flow: Turning over chairs, making appointments, seating and excusing patients with a smile

Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.

Requirements

Previous orthodontic or dental assisting experience preferred.

Knowledge of orthodontic procedures, instruments, and infection control standards.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Positive attitude with a strong team-oriented mindset.
