Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry & Research Assistant to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data, as well as conducting online research to collect and organize information for business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Enter data into spreadsheets, databases, and company systems accurately
Verify and correct data where necessary
Conduct online research and compile findings into reports
Maintain organized digital files and records
Prepare summaries, lists, and reports based on research
Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as needed
Meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality of information
Requirements
Proven experience in data entry, research, or administrative support
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Word
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Reliable internet connection and personal computer
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working remotely
Familiarity with online research tools
Basic knowledge of data analysis is a plus
