Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Techno-Functional Lead with strong expertise in Sales, Marketing, and Field Service modules. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical knowledge along with functional expertise, and a proven ability to lead end-to-end solution design, development, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions

Perform advanced configuration and customization based on business requirements

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions

Drive design, coding, code reviews, and deployment activities

Develop and maintain plugins, workflows, and custom integrations

Work with technologies including .NET, JavaScript, and Power Platform/Portals

Ensure solution alignment with enterprise architecture, performance, and scalability standards

Lead technical discussions and provide guidance to development teams

Oversee end-to-end delivery and ensure high-quality outputs

Required Skills & Experience

12+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics xywuqvp 365

Strong expertise in Sales, Marketing, and Field Service modules

Hands-on experience with complex customizations and configurations

Proficiency in Plugins, Workflows, .NET, JavaScript, and Portals

Experience in solution architecture and system design

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Proven experience in technical leadership roles
