JIT Manufacturing, a precision metal fabricator, is seeking a skilled CNC Operator. This role is vital to our production process, as you will operate advanced CNC equipment to cut metal components to exact specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate CNC equipment to process metal components according to engineering drawings and specification

Set up and adjust machine parameters, including selecting appropriate materials, programs, and settings.

Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications, making necessary adjustments as needed.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of lasers.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to all safety protocols.

Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience operating CNC machinery preferred but not required.

Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.

Strong mathematical and measurement skills.

Knowledge of different types of metals and their properties.

Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.

Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
