Top Shooters is a fast-paced, high-volume sports bar with a full kitchen and full bar. Were hiring reliable, hardworking Barbacks to support our bartending team and keep service running smoothly.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying busy, working as part of a team, and being a key behind-the-scenes player in a lively bar environment.

What Youll Do

Support bartenders during service by keeping the bar stocked, clean, and organized

Maintain cleanliness of bar areas, glassware, and service stations

Assist with opening and closing duties according to company standards

Remove trash, restock supplies, and ensure efficient service flow

Help maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment

What Were Looking For

Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume setting

Able to lift, stand, and move throughout shifts

Team-oriented with a positive attitude

Bar or restaurant experience is a plus, but not required

Pay & Schedule

Base Pay: $10.00/hour

Average Total Pay (with tip-out): $15$20/hour
