Job Description:

Role Hands-on player/coach responsible for front-end architecture, delivery, and technical execution across the team.

Own code quality standards (code reviews, maintainable patterns, testing expectations) and ensure work is broken down into incremental, releasable stories.

Partner with PO, designers, and backend teams to plan integration and deliver end-to-end experiences.

Key skills required:

5 years of front-end development experience (JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS).

2 years of Angular experience with strong understanding of framework principles (components, modules, routing, forms, RxJSstate patterns).

2 years experience as a Technical Lead (delegation, mentoring, architecture, delivery ownership from inception to release).

Ability to understand and integrate with back-end RESTful APIs (including troubleshooting contract issues).

Experience building and shipping multiple large software products using Agile methodologies.

Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills (engineering, product, analysts, stakeholders).

Experience with sustainable engineering practices automated testing, CICD, and monitoring/alerting (as applicable to the UI).

Nice to have:

Familiarity with event-driven architecture, micro-frontends, state management approaches, design systems, and shareable component libraries.

Experience working on distributed or remote-first teams.

Experience with JavaSpring Boot services.

Desirable Skills: Knowledge of Retail domain
