️ Production Manager – Structural Steel Location: Fort Pierce, Florida Compensation: $115,000–$130,000 About the Role This position leads production operations within a busy structural and miscellaneous steel fabrication facility, overseeing shop performance, supervising key personnel, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to AISC quality standards.

You’ll act as the bridge between leadership and the shop floor while helping drive continuous improvement across people, processes, and technology.
