Paralegal

Vernis & Bowling's Pensacola office is seeking Paralegals with a minimum of 4 years of civil defense experience to join our team.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: · Drafting correspondence, pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and notices · E-filling · Review and receipt of e-service mail and US mail · Document management · Scheduling, calendaring, and preparing hearing exhibits and hearing binders · Manage deadlines timely · Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work under pressure · Calendaring court deadlines · Knowledge of Florida Rules of Procedure · Trial preparation is a plus Benefits: · Medical Insurance · Voluntary Vision and Dental Insurance · Voluntary Life Insurance · Short- and Long-Term Disability · 401(k)
