Plant General Manager - Bakery Manufacturing

TSV is partnering with an industry leading retail grocer to hire a Site Leader, Bakery Manufacturing to oversee and elevate performance at their Fresh Food Bakery located in Indianapolis, IN. This critical role reports directly to the Senior Director, Baking Manufacturing and requires a seasoned hands on operator who thrives in complex, high volume environments.

Requirements:

Deep plant leadership and plant turnaround experience and a track record of driving operational excellence

Strong background in plant operations, people leadership, and cross functional collaboration

Proven success implementing TPM and Continuous Improvement methodologies

A relentless focus on safety, reliability, quality, and profitability

Expertise in Fresh Baked Goods

A Bachelor's degree
