Associate Attorney

Aldridge Pite Haan, LLP is one of the country's leading creditor's rights firms, and we're growing our Georgia team.

We're looking for an Associate Attorney who wants real litigation work and room to develop.

What You'll Do You'll manage consumer and commercial collection matters from inception through resolution, including:Court appearances and hearingsPleading review and preparationCase strategy, negotiation, and settlementCollaboration with a close-knit team of attorneys and support staff You'll develop real courtroom experience, and a deep command of collection litigation in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

What We're Looking For J.D.

and active admission to practice in Georgia1–3 years of litigation experience (collection litigation a plus)Familiarity with consumer protection statutes such as the FDCPA is preferredStrong written and verbal communication skillsThe ability to manage a heavy caseload with focus and organizationAdmission in additional states is a bonus, but not required Why Aldridge Pite Haan We invest in our people.
