Consolidate and restructure dashboards into a simplified suite of approximately 10 to 20 high-impact assets aligned with business priorities.
Ensure that dashboards accommodate high-volume, seasonal hiring dynamics while supporting the fast-paced demands of talent acquisition teams.
Transform reporting frameworks from outdated structures to a future-ready, optimization-focused analytics model.
Collaborate with stakeholders to pinpoint essential data points, KPIs, and insights relevant to hiring volume, locations, funnels, pipelines, and in-process candidates.
Design dashboards that highlight pipeline health, hiring progress, and operational bottlenecks to assist recruiters and talent acquisition leaders.
Ensure dashboards are user-friendly, scalable, and actionable for end users involved in recruiting and workforce planning.
Conduct discovery sessions with stakeholders during the initial 90 days to document existing reporting structures, data sources, KPIs, and critical business questions.
Translate stakeholder requirements into a forward-looking dashboard strategy that aligns with the new job architecture.
Advise on the optimal deployment of dashboards across Tableau and Amazon QuickSight based on target audience and scalability needs.
Build dashboards that are production-ready for deployment when the new job architecture is implemented.
Assist with post-implementation reviews to assess effectiveness and uncover opportunities for optimization.
Experience Requirements:
Strong background in people analytics, particularly in talent acquisition or high-volume hiring settings.
Proven ability to design, consolidate, and reengineer dashboards from the ground up.
Advanced, hands-on proficiency in Tableau and Amazon QuickSight.
Robust understanding of recruiting operations, talent acquisition workflows, and hiring pipelines.
Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Capable of working effectively in ambiguous situations and driving clarity and results.
Experience with job architecture remapping or transformations, including titles, families, and job codes (preferred).
