Immediately interviewing/ hiring MACHINE OPERATOR for a FULL TIME job opportunity for this paper manufacturing company located in Montgomery County area. Seeking those that have prior expereince working in a manufacturing/ production environment, operating machines, making adjustments to the machines as needed, gathering and feeding material into the machines to be processed, and inspecting the product before going to the next stage in production will be a qualified candidate to be considered. Other skills inlcude monitoring the machines, comfortable working in a fast paced environment, strong attention to detail, and able to commit to working full time.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Follow all established processes for the inserter and in-line equipment, meeting quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement expectations.
Read and follow the run list instructions and adhere to sign-off and continuity procedures.
Perform duties related to setting up stations and packaging requirements.
Run and sort normal jobs independently and manage machine crossover operations.
Complete required paperwork and utilize timekeeping systems effectively.
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) tasks to maintain equipment performance.
Ensure compliance with Lean manufacturing principles.
Adhere to safety and quality policies and procedures.
Work assigned shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Essential Skills
Experience with machinery
Knowledge of print and production processes.
Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot basic machine malfunctions.
Attention to detail and the ability to identify quality defects.Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Montgomeryville, PA.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
