Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Seasoned Account Representative located in Silver Spring, MD. The Account Representative will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying and addressing their imaging needs, and managing the entire project lifecycle. Additional duties include overseeing project timelines, ensuring deliverables meet the highest quality standards, and collaborating with internal teams to provide an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

Strong client relationship management, interpersonal, and communication skills

Generate new business through targeted prospecting, proactive outreach with prospective clients.

Proven ability to handle project management, timelines, and deliverables

Experience in large format printing, digital imaging, and custom photo services

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and craftsmanship

Experience in sales, client engagement, and providing tailored service solutions

Knowledge or experience in creative fields and working with artists and designers is advantageous
