Project Manager

GH Engage are working with a leading General Contractor delivering complex mission-critical and industrial projects across the US, with a strong and growing presence in the data center sector offering ESOP.

They’re looking to bring on a Project Manager with data center experience to support major upcoming builds in the Columbus market and play a key role in project delivery.

Job Role

• Oversee projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery aligns with scope, schedule, and budget

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors

• Drive coordination between field teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders

• Lead site teams, set priorities, and proactively resolve project challenges

• Manage construction, commissioning, and turnover of mission-critical systems

• Ensure quality, safety, and performance standards are met across all phases

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial or mission-critical construction

• Proven experience delivering data center projects

• Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating across multiple trades

• Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-value project environments
