We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to oversee a high volume of small construction projects, managing 300+ projects annually. In this role, you will lead in-house crews and multiple subcontractor teams, utilizing ProJul for scheduling and coordination. Your expertise in construction, logistics, and process management will ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate 3-5 in-house crews and multiple subcontractor teams on various small construction projects.
Oversee logistics, scheduling, and resource allocation for over 300 projects annually, ensuring quick turnaround times and adherence to deadlines.
Utilize ProJul and other scheduling tools to track project progress and manage workflow effectively.
Ensure construction processes and procedures are followed for projects involving excavation, demolition, layout, drainage, concrete curbs, sidewalks, and shade structures.
Maintain strong communication with crews, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Review project layouts and plans, ensuring all specifications are met, and provide solutions to any challenges that arise on-site.
Ensure all projects are completed within budget, timeline, and safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
Proven experience managing small construction projects, with a track record of handling a high volume of projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in ProJul or similar scheduling software.
Strong organizational and process management skills to coordinate multiple crews and subcontractors effectively.
Knowledge of construction processes related to excavation, demolition, layout, drainage, concrete curbs, sidewalks, and shade structures.
Ability to manage logistics and ensure resources are properly allocated across multiple projects.
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders.
Understanding of construction safety guidelines and procedures.
