Job Title: Oracle QA Analyst

Location: Onsite in Houston

Length: 18 month contract to hire

SUMMARY

Seeking an Oracle QA Analyst with strong experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud, HCM, Finance, and Payroll/Labor modules. This role focuses on QA coordination and leadership, supporting the full project lifecycle from requirement gathering to summary reporting. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with unit testing, automation, and Selenium, can run automation scripts, and lead QA deliverables. Strong communication skills, daily status tracking, task allocation, and the ability to present testing summaries to upper management on-site are required.

REQUIREMENTS

Proven experience with Oracle ERP implementations, including HCM and Finance modules

Strong QA coordination and leadership experience

Hands-on experience with unit testing and test automation using Selenium

Ability to manage QA deliverables end-to-end

Excellent communication, daily task management, and reporting skills
