Laminator Machine Operator

Job Description

We’re hiring a Laminator Operator for a hands-on role where attention to detail and consistency matter!

If you’re comfortable adjusting machines, catching defects early, and keeping production moving, this opportunity is for you.

Responsibilities:

Setting up and operating laminating machines based on job specifications

Adjusting temperature, speed, and pressure to maintain consistent quality

Inspecting materials and finished product for defects like bubbles, wrinkles, or misalignment

Troubleshooting minor machine issues and keeping equipment running efficiently

Completing routine cleaning and basic preventative maintenance

Tracking production output, material usage, and job details accurately

Requirements:

Previous machine operating experience required (laminating or printing equipment preferred)

Strong attention to detail and ability to spot quality issues quickly

Mechanical aptitude and ability to make basic machine adjustments

Ability to read and follow work instructions or production orders

Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs

Must pass background check and drug test

Schedule:

7 AM - 3:30 PM

Overtime as needed

Pay Rate:

$17/Hour
