Job Summary:
The Jr. Analyst plays a critical role in examining various types of documents to extract sensitive data and formatting that data for our clients. This position is ideal for individuals looking to gain handson experience in data handling, privacy, compliance, and cybersecurity operations.
While this is an entrylevel, parttime role, it provides meaningful exposure to realworld cyber incident response workflows. Youll build foundational skills valued in cybersecurity, privacy, operations, legal tech, and data governance, making it a powerful steppingstone for those wanting to launch their career.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct pagebypage review of various documents to identify personally identifiable information (PII) and other sensitive data.
Evaluate and flag sensitive elements based on internal guidelines and privacy regulations.
Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to federal, state, and industry datahandling requirements.
Accurately organize, structure, and record findings using Microsoft Excel and internal tools.
Qualifications:
An associates degree or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in documents.
Proficiency in document management software and MS Office including Excel. Strong excel skills are preferred.
Prior experience in a document review, legal, or administrative is helpful but not required.
Typical Schedule:
Onsite in Reston, VA (inoffice presence required)
30 hours/week, typically MondayThursday or Tuesday-Friday, 9:00 AM5:00 PM
