Title: SAP BW-BPC Integration Lead

Location: Remote with limited travel

We are seeking an experienced SAP BW-BPC integration lead with deep expertise in SAP BPC Standard, BW/4HANA, ABAP, and SAP HANA to support financial planning and analysis (FP&A) initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting planning, Budgeting and Forecasting and reporting solutions across SAP BPC and BW landscapes while collaborating with finance, IT, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

8-10 years of experience in SAP BPC, BW/4HANA, ECC, ABAP, and HANA.

Lead design and implementation of planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation solutions using SAP BPC Standard.

Configure and maintain BPC objects: models, dimensions, business rules, script logic, data manager packages and BPFs

Collaborate with FP&A teams to translate financial processes into technical solutions

Develop and maintain data flows from SAP and non-SAP sources into BPC via BW

Build and optimize composite providers, ADSOs, transformations, DTPs, Process chains, InfoObjects, InfoCubes, and Transformations

Integrate real-time and batch data for planning/reporting using BW and BW/4HANA

Perform data extraction from ECC, or external systems using standard and custom DataSources

Develop and enhance ABAP routines, function modules, AMDP procedures, and custom BW exits

Leverage HANA views to build high-performance logic for data preparation

Optimize performance of HANA-native BPC models and queries using calculation views and push-down techniques

Partner with business teams to gather and translate FP&A business requirements into technical deliverables

Conduct workshops and training sessions with finance users on BPC planning processes and tools

Support UAT, documentation, issue resolution, and cutover activities

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
