Technical Operator / AI & Systems Integrator (Real Estate Web3 MVP)

We’re looking for a high-level technical operator to work directly with ownership on deploying and operationalizing a live MVP, while also supporting a fast-growing real estate organization with AI tools, systems, and automation.

This is not a corporate role. This is hands-on, fast-moving, and execution-focused.

Primary Objective (Immediate Need)

Take ownership of launching and stabilizing our live MVP:

Next.js frontend + backend environment

Smart contract integration (already built)

Wallet setup, permissions, and security (MetaMask, admin wallets, etc.)

Deployment and hosting (AWS, Vercel, or similar)

Domain + DNS configuration

Troubleshooting bugs and ensuring everything is production-ready

Help transition project from developer handoff fully operational system

You will be working directly with ownership and existing developer resources to get this live NOW.

Secondary Objective (Ongoing Role)

Act as our go-to technical integrator across multiple businesses:

Implement and manage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, automation platforms, etc.)

Build internal workflows and systems for a 50+ agent real estate team

Assist with CRM, marketing automation, and data organization

Evaluate and implement new tools that improve efficiency and revenue

Troubleshoot tech issues across the team in real time

Who This Is For (Read Carefully)

This role is for someone who:

Can figure things out without hand-holding

Has experience actually deploying real projects, not just building them

Is comfortable working across:

Web apps (Next.js or similar)

Crypto wallets and basic Web3 infrastructure

Cloud platforms (AWS preferred)

Moves fast, communicates clearly, and takes ownership

Is available for hands-on, possibly in-person work (Philadelphia preferred)

Pure coders who don’t understand operations

Theoretical AI “consultants” who don’t execute

Junior developers who need constant direction
