We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our leasing team in Columbus, Ohio. This Contract to permanent position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to our real estate operations while gaining valuable experience in property management. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, a keen eye for accuracy, and a proactive approach to ensuring lease-related tasks are completed efficiently.
Responsibilities:
• Support the leasing team by preparing, reviewing, and executing lease agreements and related documents.
• Conduct follow-ups to verify income and rent information for lease approvals.
• Answer incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service to tenants and prospective clients.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records of lease transactions.
• Assist with lease renewals and ensure timely communication with tenants.
• Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
• Provide receptionist support, including greeting visitors and managing inquiries.
• Collaborate with the team to address leasing-related concerns and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all leasing activities.• Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or leasing-related roles.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in basic math skills to handle rent calculations and verifications.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work efficiently and maintain a sense of urgency to meet deadlines effectively.
• Familiarity with residential property management and lease documentation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
