Job Title: Machine Operator
Job Description
Join a leading supplier of probiotic beverages and dairy products as a Dairy Process Operator. In this role, you will be crucial in monitoring, operating, and maintaining equipment to ensure the production of high-quality dairy goods. You will work with a dedicated team to produce products enjoyed across multiple countries.
Responsibilities
Operate and observe filling equipment to ensure product quality and conformity to customer standards.
Maintain accurate weights of bottles throughout the run and take corrective actions when necessary.
Inspect products for color, flavor, texture, and defects while ensuring correct capping.
Follow work instructions to use appropriate packaging materials.
Transport empty totes to the packaging area.
Clean equipment after use in both the filling and silo rooms.
Stop or reset machines during malfunctions, clear jams, and report issues with machinery.
Essential Skills
2+ years of machine operating experience.
1+ years of experience with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Proficiency in operating general production, packaging, filling, and bottling machines.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma, or three to six months of related experience, or equivalent.
Ability to lift 50 lbs. and remain on your feet for the entirety of an 8-hour shift.
Capability to climb ladders and maneuver through equipment.
Basic mathematical skills.

Work Environment
Mid Shift from 5pm to 1am, Monday through Friday. Adherence to GMP standards is required, including wearing hair nets, beard nets, smocks, and steel-toed shoesJob Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Waukesha, WI.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
