Responsibilities:

- Safely direct traffic through and around construction sites

- Communicate with crew members and drivers to maintain smooth traffic flow

- Follow all safety regulations, signage requirements, and flagging procedures

- Set up and remove traffic control signs and cones

- Maintain awareness of surroundings to anticipate and prevent potential hazards

Requirements:

- Valid Flagger Certification

- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in all weather conditions

- Reliable transportation to and from job sites

- Previous experience with a similar role

- Strong communication and attention-to-detail skills

- Commitment to safety at all times
