Details:
Individual contributor responsible for the development and implementation of projects related to process improvements that drive efficiencies, cost savings and improved quality consistency.
Serves as interface with product development and contract manufacturers for process development and transfer of new technology.
Identifies manufacturing processes, process flow, equipment, instrumentation, control points, control systems, impact of contaminants and compatibility with materials of construction.
Coordinates project from prototype to manufacturing.
Participates with cross-functional teams for product development and search for new contract manufacturers.
Typically reports to Technical Services Manager/Senior.
No direct reports.
Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Other Engineering or equivalent experience.
0-5 years experience in a technical service or product development function.

o This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days a week in-office (Typically Tuesday-Thursday with the occasional Friday meeting day). The main reporting location, however, there will be some visits to the nearby Manufacturing park. Meeting hours are 9-5 with flexibility to work 8-5 or 9-6.
Will provide company computer?
o Yes, a laptop is provided and the desk will have equipment needed for the role. Any additional equipment for the WFH desk will need to be provided by the resource.
