Under the supervision of EPI-LA Program Manager, PIER operations in close collaboration with the County EPI-LA team and the agency EPI, LA Team including psychiatric support provided by a Licensed Mental Health Nurse Practitioner or Mental Health Psychiatrist, ensuring compliance with contract and funding agreements. Implements adjustments to clinical operations in response to contractual, programmatic and/or internal policy changes. While carrying a limited caseload, oversees and monitors systems to ensure consistent and efficient daily clinical operations within EPI-LA Program. Participates in Statewide Early Psychosis Learning Health Care Network and Evaluation (EP Learning Network)

Key Responsibilities
Provide individual and/or family treatment to children who are at high risk of abuse and/or neglect and children with severe emotional difficulties.
Provide individual/family in home counseling services to and/or office-based treatment to children and adolescents with a range of psychological, emotional and behavioral problems.
Provide case-management services which may include interfacing with community psychiatric hospitals, Department of Family and Child Services (DCFS), Department of Mental Health (DMH) school of officials, law enforcement and others as appropriate.
Maintain client charts in a responsible manner and meet all paperwork deadlines and requirements. Maintain productivity rate at required Agency Standards.
Comply with applicable professional licensing or certification requirements and ethical standards.
Qualifications
Registered with the BBS as an AMFT, APCC, ACSW, LMFT, LCSW, and LPCC in the State of California.
Minimum one year experience working with multiple-issue families (e.g. unemployment, poverty, substance abuse, homelessness, domestic violence or abuse).
Strong interest in providing in- home, strength-based, culturally relevant counseling services.
Ability to function as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
Commitment to providing field-based services to multi-cultural population.
Fluency in Spanish high preferred.
Valid California Driver’s License.
Must be insurable with agency’s insurance company for driving.

The salary range represents the low and high end of the salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of Help Group. Salaries will vary based on various factors, including but not limited to, professional and academic experience, certification, training, responsibilities of the position, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
