Provide hands-on nursing care aligned with each patient’s personalized plan of care.

Partner closely with RNs for effective pain and symptom management.

Educate, support, and comfort patients and their families during end-of-life care.

Collaborate with our interdisciplinary hospice team—including RNs, aides, social workers, chaplains, and more—to ensure holistic support.

What You’ll Need

Active LPN license in the state of Oklahoma.

3+ years of nursing experience (hospice or home health preferred).

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Most importantly—a heart for hospice and a desire to make a meaningful difference.
