Senior Program Manager (2 Openings) Remote
Industrial Manufacturing Remote 50% Travel (U.S. & Mexico)
NOT AN IT PROJECT MANAGER
Total Cash Compensation: $160K–$200K (Base up to $165K + 20% Bonus)
We are hiring two Senior Project Managers to lead large-scale industrial transformation initiatives across North America.
These are high-visibility roles overseeing complex, multi-site projects ranging from $1M–$35M in scope — including plant consolidations, closures, asset transfers, commissioning, and strategic operational changes.
One of the two hires must be fully bilingual (Spanish/English) at a near-native level and will play a key leadership role in major Mexico-based initiatives.

Remote-based, but preference for candidates near a major airport hub:

Los Angeles
~50% travel (primarily U.S. and Mexico)
Mexico consolidation project will require significant on-site presence
Role Breakdown
1 Senior Project Manager – Mexico Focus (Bilingual Required)
Must be fully fluent in Spanish (near-native) and English
Leading consolidation of manufacturing operations in Mexico (including Mexico City)
Heavy interaction with:
Government officials and permitting authorities
Regulatory bodies
Executive leadership
Local plant teams
Managing plant combinations, downsizing, ramp-ups, union considerations, and public-facing sensitivity
Supporting supply chain stabilization and staffing transitions
This individual will represent the organization at a high level and must be confident operating in politically and operationally sensitive environments.
2 Senior Project Manager – North America Focus
Leading plant consolidations, CapEx initiatives, commissioning/decommissioning, and asset reclamation across the U.S.
Managing projects involving:
Greenfield and brownfield operations
Real estate and environmental/regulatory complexity
Equipment transfers and operational ramp-ups
Overseeing multiple concurrent projects (3–4 at a time)
Experience from automotive, heavy industrial, metal processing, or plastics manufacturing environments is strongly preferred.
What They’re Looking For
7–10+ years of Project Management experience in industrial environments
Experience managing large, complex projects ($1M–$35M)
Background in:
Plant shutdowns & closures
Asset transfer/reclamation
Equipment decommissioning/commissioning
Mergers, acquisitions, and consolidations
CapEx project oversight
Exposure to regulatory, environmental, financial, and workforce-related complexity
Ability to be hands-on in plants while presenting effectively to executive leadership
Experience from organizations with strong, structured project management cultures preferred
Education open (Engineering, Finance, Accounting, etc.)
